With our larger projects including Work Placements/Mentoring we will need to collect more detailed personal details but you can be assured that we will only collect data that is relevant to the project and that this data is held secure both on our computer system and in hardcopy.

Age limits

We will only collect personal information from schools concerning children under 15 if we are involved in projects working within that age group and then it will be in conjunction with the institution involved. This data will be destroyed once the project is completed and any funding requirements are complied with.
